Bio
From the age of 11, Lucinda left her home in London to train at Elmhurst School for Dance before returning aged 16 to attend English National Ballet School. Upon graduation, Lucinda danced with Scottish Ballet and Estonian National Ballet before joining English National Ballet in 2016. As well as performing for members of the Royal family on several occasions, Lucinda has also worked with a wealth of ballet royalty. These include the likes of William Forsythe, Akram Khan, David Dawson, Russell Maliphant, Christopher Wheeldon and Derek Deane to name but a few. Alongside her career as a full time ballerina, in 2016 Lucinda founded Ballet Skirts By Lucinda. What began as a small cottage industry has since grown into a household name, worn and loved by professional dancers worldwide. Lucinda still lives in London and on the side of her ballet skirt business and full time job with ENB is currently working towards a Diploma in Dance training with The Royal Ballet School.

"We now have B.S.B.L leg warmers tooโฆ so I wear those a lot now ๐ But I also love the clothes from Sweaty Betty!"
What are some of your "must have" recovery, first aid, and conditioning tools?
Recovery
"A lacrosse ball to roll out my muscles on. (It kills your ITBand)"
Conditioning
